What we researched for this specific generation: where an enclosure actually fits, what the factory speakers are, how the factory audio is wired, and which real builds and commercial products exist for it. Confidence badges say how well each figure is sourced — this is research, not manufacturer spec.
Body styles covered: 4-Door Sedan
These are researched envelopes, not a guarantee. Measure your own vehicle — the numbers here tell you what to expect, not what you have.
| Location | trunk (where the box sits is not stated on the 2007-2013 Zenclosures pages) |
|---|---|
| Outer bounding box | No outside dimensions printed by either maker (Zenclosures and Super Crew Sound print airspace, mounting depth and cutouts only); no independently measured trunk dimensions found. |
| Known obstructions | Rear dash cover on disc-changer cars must be removed and reinstalled (Zenclosures 2007-08 page). A parcel-shelf-mounted subwoofer exists on the Bose system (Infiniti 2013 brochure). Spare-tire and cargo-net hardware not documented for this body. |
Sizes and depths below are what research turned up for this generation. Confirm against your own vehicle before cutting or ordering — trim levels vary.
| Factory speaker size | on the Bose system Infiniti names a "3-way front door speaker array using 10-inch woofers" (2007-2009 releases) and "3-way component front door speakers" (2013 brochure); no size is given for the base system (Metra covers only BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Jeep, Toyota) |

| Adapter bracket needed | unconfirmed |
| Adapter bracket needed | unconfirmed |
|---|
| Factory amp / premium audio | Infiniti's press releases: an "available 10-speaker INFINITI Studio on Wheels by Bose" system, "combining the industry's first 3-way front door speaker array using 10-inch woofers", on the 2007 and 2008 G35 sedan, and the same system ("a 3-way front door speaker array using 10-inch woofers") on the 2009 G37 sedan; trims not stated. Infiniti's 2011 G25 sedan release (the 2.5-litre G25, not the G35 or G37) lists a "six-speaker audio system" among its standard features. Infiniti 2013 G Sedan brochure (reorder #13505i, 8/12): "6-speaker audio system with AM/FM/CD with MP3 playback capability" as the base system; "Infiniti Studio on Wheels by Bose 10-speaker Premium Audio System, including 3-way component front door speakers with 10-inch subwoofers and a parcel shelf-mounted subwoofer". Which trim columns carry which system could not be read from the brochure's text, so no trim mapping is given here. The base system's speaker count for the 2007-2012 G35 and G37 was not found. |
|---|---|
| Adding subs without a head-unit swap | no integration source read. Bose trims have a factory amp and a parcel-shelf subwoofer. |
Infiniti 2013 G Sedan brochure: "Cargo volume (cubic feet)" 13.5 in all three trim columns (US cubic feet, no SAE or EPA label printed). EPA luggage volume 14 cu ft (lv4) for MY2007, 2008, 2009 and 2013, passenger volume 99. Neither Zenclosures page for 2007-2013 says where its box sits; the 2007-08 page mentions a "cover under the rear dash" on disc-changer cars that must be removed and reinstalled. Zenclosures' box for the earlier 2003-06 G35 sedan (https://zenclosures.com/2003-06-g35-sedan-subwoofer-enclosure/, SKU G35S, not a box for these years) "is installed directly through the trunk opening and slides into place directly below the rear dash". Luggage ratings, not box dimensions.

Measure your own vehicle. Trim levels, factory subwoofer options, and mid-generation changes all move these numbers, and a box cut to a researched figure that does not match your truck is wasted wood. Where a badge reads Unconfirmed, treat the value as a starting point for your own measurement, not as an answer.
