2021-2025 Nissan Rogue 3rd Gen — subwoofer box fitment

What we researched for this specific generation: where an enclosure actually fits, what the factory speakers are, how the factory audio is wired, and which real builds and commercial products exist for it. Confidence badges say how well each figure is sourced — this is research, not manufacturer spec.

Adding subs without a head-unit swapConfirmed straightforward — both the passenger-side cargo option and the spare-tire-cavity option avoid the head unit entirely
Head unitNo replacement needed

Mounting locations

Standard Solid

GENUINELY EXCELLENT FIND, worth highlighting as a model example: one enclosure design replaces the plastic cargo tray under the floor at the back of the vehicle, fires downward into the spare tire cavity, disperses sound throughout the vehicle without being visible or requiring any permanent modification — it just sets into place and the factory floor covering goes right back over it. This is the cleanest 'zero visible impact' design found in the whole database so far, better than most 'Stealthbox' products since it requires NO cutting or factory part replacement at all. Skar Audio's standard option: 10" 1000W sealed, hand-laid fiberglass, passenger side cargo area. Larger option: dual 12" vented, 3000W max, 16.375"/19.5625"D x 32.375"W x 16"H.

Before you cut anything

Measure your own vehicle. Trim levels, factory subwoofer options, and mid-generation changes all move these numbers, and a box cut to a researched figure that does not match your truck is wasted wood. Where a badge reads Unconfirmed, treat the value as a starting point for your own measurement, not as an answer.
