Skar Audio and Kicker's Camry-specific products remain 2018-2025-only, confirmed via direct product search — that part of the original finding holds. Real DIY builds also found: a professional install of an 8" powered sub in the trunk for ~$200; a Kicker 10" Comp mounted in a truck-box-style enclosure with a 200W amp; a fiberglass down-firing enclosure built into the rear deck of a 2017 Camry Hybrid specifically. A forum note flags that this generation had a mid-cycle rear-panel/spare-tire-well redesign that can affect enclosure fitment — treat 2012-2014 vs. 2015-2017 as potentially not perfectly interchangeable for a tight custom fit, though not independently confirmed as a hard boundary the way the RAV4/Highlander cases are.
